Hello all! My name is Ivelisse Heredia, I prefer to be called Evie. I was born in Puerto Rico, but I was raised mostly here in Windham county. In search for better educational and employment opportunities, My mother moved my two older brothers and I to Connecticut when I was  6yrs. old and I have stuck around since. I am bilingual, I speak English and Spanish and I can write it as well. I love the color Purple, I love owls and I won’t turn down a fishing trip with my fiancé or a great beach day with my family and close friends. I am very family oriented, my family is my life! I am a proud mother of  4 beautiful children ranging from the ages of 2yrs-14 yrs old and an amazing Fiancé. Having a big family growing up, for me, meant always being there for everyone and helping the next person out. I was taught to help when I can and to always be humble, trustworthy and honest.

 Seeing the joy and satisfaction in people’s faces is very rewarding, but knowing that  I assisted in that accomplishment is priceless. My main goal is to make sure that my client is happy and satisfied. Securing my client's trust and forming a bond with them is essential to me. The home buying or selling of a home can be frustrating or even scary. That’s why I will guide them and direct them in the right path to make this experience as smooth and as stress free as possible. I will put my clients needs first and stand by my clients from day one until the very end, while always displaying loyalty, kindness, respect, and caring about my clients.
