Cannot say enough about how great Val is!

My fiancé and I set out to purchase our first home about a year and a half ago. This was when the market was bonkers, and homes were selling within days of being listed for crazy amounts over asking price. We thought we had gotten lucky at first and went under contract, but it wound up falling through on account of the sellers. Val proceeded to travel to the ends of the earth with us viewing houses trying to get something to work out that we liked as much as that first house for over a year thereafter. It got to a point that we felt bad having her spending so much of her time and resources on us when it was feeling like the market just wasn't presenting anything we could make work out in the area we wanted to be. Just as we began to feel hopeless, Val found us our perfect home, even better and more of what we wanted than the original house we were under contract on! To say that Val is attentive, positive, honest, professional, supportive, and knowledgeable is an understatement. I spend a good amount of time being let down by "professionals" and leave more "room for improvement" reviews than praise, but I simply cannot say enough about how great Val is at what she does.

Samantha was very informative about the entire process of selling my home. She answered every question and was always available. She always gave me her professional opinion and advice but let me make my decisions. It was a pleasure to work with her and I’m looking forward to doing so in the future.

We came across Christine by chance and are we ever thankful that we did!! Her warm and friendly demeanor was reassuring during a time that could have been very stressful. Christine took on every possible obstacle, before it could become a problem, and ensured we had a positive experience. Texts were immediately answered, and she constantly assured us that we were no bother. She is knowledgeable in negotiating and I’m pretty sure we would have overpaid without her input. Even now, weeks after we have moved into our new home, she happily answers any questions that come up. My husband and I feel like we had a friend on our side. She is genuine and dedicated. I simply cannot say enough good things about her. If you are selling or looking for a home, do yourself a favor and call her first. You won’t be disappointed!

Tina sold our property in less than a week! She was always there when there was a question or an issue. She took care of everything in a quick, professional manner. She is everything you want your realtor to be. Honest, hardworking, knowledgeable, and available. We will use her again.

Demian went above and beyond to make our first experience purchasing land as easy as possible. His knowledge of the town of Brooklyn and the geography was extremely helpful, as we are not from the area. Demian went out of his way to walk the very rough terrain of the property with us, even using a machete to clear a walking path! He helped to make sure everything was in order so that our closing went smoothly with no issues. We would definitely use him again and highly recommend his services to anyone.
