Kazantzis Real Estate Agent Debra J. Prevost loves helping people find the perfect home for them.
In order to better assist her clients with diverse backgrounds, Prevost is certified in the National Association of Realtors At Home With Diversity program.
Prevost recently discussed how her experience sets her apart in the market and what she loves most about be a Realtor.
How does your past experience translate into the Real Estate market?
My years in Corporate Accounting have given me the ability to read the small print and pay close attention to even the smallest details and offer full support from the beginning of the process to the end. My past experience also allows me to function really well under pressure! The current market is "crazy" and the pace is faster than lightning, time management skills are definitely a plus.
What sets you apart from other Realtors?
It doesn't set me apart from them all but I LOVE MY JOB! I'll always go the extra mile, I'm available 24/7, I will always listen and respond accordingly no matter what time or what the issue may be.
What do you love most about being a Realtor?
The smile on my client's face or in their voice when they know they are going to close within a few days, it's priceless. I also enjoy working with the Kazantzis Real Estate team of professionals, who also have the same "service first" ethic.
I also love the freedom real estate provides me, allowing me to spend time with my seven grandkids, while also serving the needs of my clients.
What words of wisdom do you share most with prospective home buyers or sellers?
If it's meant to be, it will be. In a hot market like the one we have now, with homes going under contract in just a matter of days after being listed, it can sometimes feel daunting for the buyer. I just try to assure the buyer that their dream home is out there, and when it's meant to be, everything will fall into place.
What does the word "home" mean to you?
Peace, Happiness, Love, Security
